　　无锡市面向全球实施“城市人才猎头计划”，通过开展产业链和人才链对外依存度分析，摸清关键节点、薄弱环节，同步规划产业发展和人才发展，同步建立重点产业链图谱和高层次人才地图，同步开展招商引资和招才引智，实现人才供求信息的动态把握和精准匹配。围绕城市战略和用人单位发展需要，建设市级高层次人才供需对接系统，采取“政府引导+企业主体+市场运作”方式，以城市之名面向全球招引全市重点产业领域急需紧缺岗位的高层次人才。

　　700 Seats Available in Wuxi for Doctoral Degree Holders Across the World

　　The Wuxi Headhunting Plan is a global initiative aiming to identify key nodes and weak links through analyzing the external dependency of industrial and talent chains, so as to set out a plan for industrial and talent development, draw key industrial chains and high-level talent maps, carry out investment promotion and talent attraction activities, and achieve dynamic and precise match-making of talent supply and demand. The initiative proposes to establish a municipal-level match-making system better balancing the supply and demand of high-caliber talents based on urban strategy and development needs of employers, and adopt a “government-led + business-oriented + market operation” approach to recruit high-level talents all over the world for urgently-needed positions in Wuxi’s key industries.
